The Care Continuum
Hellenic Healthcare Professionals of Michigan utilizes and optimizes all team members in the care continuum and encourages networking with each other to improve the quality of life for our community at large. The care continuum encapsulates all aspects from prevention to end of life care.
Hellenic Healthcare Professionals of Michigan offers education about prevention of disease through health screening opportunities, lifestyle changes, continuing education seminars, and various volunteer platforms to educate and identify potentially preventable illness.

Fellowship
HHPM provides an opportunity to form a network of healthcare professionals throughout the care continuum in order to benefit and share services to the communities in which they serve.
Scholarship
HHPM promotes opportunities through various educational events, forums, and collaborative efforts to develop and offer scholarships for current and future Hellenic healthcare professionals
Leadership
HHPM offers leadership opportunities through our various in person and online webinars to share and learn from experts in various healthcare fields. There is also opportunity to lead through serving on our board and through various committees and philanthropic endeavors.
Mentorship
HHPM offers the ability to connect anyone who wishes to empower, unite and serve as mentors and educators to future and present colleagues throughout the healthcare spectrum.
Relationship
HHPM strives to breakdown communication, language and cultural barriers seen in healthcare by interweaving connections throughout the many steps of the healthcare journey and improving the quality of life for those who serve and those who receive.
